Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened or used.

However, your happiness matters. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives broken, leaking, or not what you ordered, email us with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they haven’t shipped.
